Shipping and Delivery

As part of our commitment to making art accessible, Postr offers free shipping on all orders, regardless of location or order size. You can shop with confidence, knowing that no extra shipping fees will be added at checkout.

We ship to most countries worldwide. The majority of items are shipped with TNT Express. Once your order has been processed by our team you will receive a confirmation email of your delivery.

Generally, delivery time is approximately 5-7 business days in Australia, 7-10 international. Please allow up to 21 business days for artwork orders. Please note these delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed, they will depend on the destination country.

Customs Inspection, Duties and Taxes

Orders placed outside Australia may be subject to customs inspection and liable for duties and taxes on importation into the destination country.

Each customer is responsible for paying any fees, duties or taxes which are levied in the destination country in regards to their shipment.


Refunds and Exchange Policy

We at Postr want you to love your new artwork! If you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help. Please read the details of our return and refund policy below.

Replacement and Returns

  • If your artwork arrives damaged or doesn’t match what you ordered, we’ll gladly replace it. Simply follow these steps:
  • Report any damage as soon as possible by contacting our support team at orders@postr.com.au.
  • Please provide photographs of the damage as proof.
  • Hold on to the original packaging, as we may need it to arrange a return or collection of the damaged item.

Refunds

If a refund is applicable, we’ll process it through the original payment method. Please note that gift cards are non-refundable.

Eligibility for Returns

You may return your artwork within 30 days for a store credit or exchange if it doesn’t meet your expectations due to:

• Change of mind

• Incorrect size selection

• Desire for a different colour to better suit your space

• Colour variations caused by your device’s display settings or natural timber differences (considered a change of mind return)

Return Conditions

• Items must be returned in their original, unused condition, including all packaging, to ensure they can be resold as new.

• The customer is responsible for postage and tracking costs for returns unless otherwise agreed upon.

Store Credit

If the item being exchanged is less expensive than the original, a store credit will be issued for the difference.
